Stat. tit. 11, § 11-33-104","heading":"Joint establishment and conduct of system of","body":"recreation.\n\nAny two or more governmental units may jointly establish and\n\nconduct such a system of recreation, including recreation centers,\n\nparks, swimming pools, playgrounds and any and all other\n\nrecreational facilities and activities, and may exercise all the\n\npowers given by Sections 33-101 through 33-115 of this title. The\n\nrespective governing bodies operating such a joint program or\n\nprograms may provide by agreement among themselves for all matters\n\nconnected with the program and determine what items of cost and\n\nexpense shall be paid by each.
