Stat. tit. 11, § 11-33-202","heading":"Terms of leases - Exclusion of commercial propagation","body":"of fish.\n\nNo lease issued under the authority of Section 33-201 of this\n\ntitle shall be for a longer period than ten (10) years, nor shall\n\nany lease be given to any individual, corporation, or stock company\n\nwhich has for its purpose the propagation of fish for commercial\n\npurposes unless the governing body of the municipality determines\n\nthat the lake, pond, stream, water course or reservoir has not been\n\nused for at least three (3) years for amusement or recreational\n\npurposes.
