Stat. tit. 11, § 11-33-205","heading":"Establishment of fish and game commission - Appointment","body":"- Powers.\n\nThe governing body of any municipality having a municipally-\n\nowned lake or lakes may provide by ordinance for the creation of a\n\nmunicipal Fish and Game Commission, and establish the number of\n\nmembers, their terms, and manner of appointment. The municipal Fish\n\nand Game Commission shall exercise control and supervision over the\n\nhunting and fishing privileges on and around such lake or lakes and\n\nthe improvement of such lake or lakes for hunting and fishing.
