Stat. tit. 11, § 11-35-102.1","heading":"Disposition of proceeds from investment of meter","body":"deposit funds.\n\nThe proceeds from any investments of meter deposit funds and any\n\nother earnings therefrom shall be considered to be profit derived\n\nfrom the investment and shall be placed in the fund from which the\n\noperation and maintenance expenses of the utility, for which the\n\nmeter deposits invested were collected, are paid.
