Stat. tit. 11, § 11-35-206","heading":"Expenditures for conservation of electricity or natural","body":"gas by public agencies.\n\nThe Oklahoma State Legislature hereby determines that\n\nexpenditures of funds for the purposes of the conservation of\n\nelectricity or natural gas by public agencies is in the public\n\ninterest. In furtherance of this public interest, municipally owned\n\nutilities or public trusts thereof or the Grand River Dam Authority\n\nmay expend, with governing board approval, funds to assist consumers\n\nin the establishment of energy conservation activities if there is a\n\ndefined and measurable conservation of energy.
