Stat. tit. 11, § 11-36-110","heading":"Contract for service of engineers for making","body":"improvements.\n\nA municipal governing body may contract for the services of\n\nconsulting engineers to prepare the necessary surveys, plans, plats,\n\nprofiles, estimates and all other details for the work of\n\nimprovements and to supervise the work. The consulting engineer may\n\nbe a person, firm or corporation, resident in or outside the State\n\nof Oklahoma, duly registered as an engineer in the State of\n\nOklahoma. The consulting engineer may be employed also to furnish\n\nthe necessary advertising, printing, appraising, transcripts and\n\nother expense as may be necessary.
