Stat. tit. 11, § 11-36-121","heading":"Resolution waiving penalties - Entries on record","body":"When any assessment, assessments, installments thereof, or\n\npenalties thereon shall be cancelled, compromised or waived by the\n\ngoverning body, a copy of its resolution, certified by the municipal\n\nclerk, shall be presented to the municipal or county official\n\ncharged with the collection of such special assessment, assessments,\n\ninstallments or penalties.
