Stat. tit. 11, § 11-36-207","heading":"Right of property owner to institute action in district","body":"court - Waiver of objections.\n\nAny property owner, or other person interested in the proposed\n\nimprovement, shall have the right to institute an action in the\n\ndistrict court in the county in which situs of the municipality is\n\nlocated, at any time not later than fifteen (15) days after the\n\naction of the municipal governing body in adopting and approving the\n\nplans, profiles, specifications, estimates and assessment plat, to\n\ncontest such action.
