Stat. tit. 11, § 11-36-215","heading":"Hearing - Correction and confirmation of apportionment","body":"Any person, firm or corporation may, at or prior to the hearing\n\non the apportionment, file objections in writing against the\n\nvalidity of the assessment roll or amount of the proposed\n\nassessment, specifically setting forth the nature thereof, and shall\n\nhave full opportunity to be heard thereon. The governing body shall\n\nadjudicate and determine the objections and may make such order as\n\nmay be just and proper. Any objections to the regularity of the\n\nproceedings with reference to the making of the improvement or the\n\nvalidity or the amount of any assessment shall be deemed waived\n\nunless presented at the time and in the manner herein specified. At\n\nthe hearing on the apportionment, or any adjournment thereof, the\n\nmunicipal governing body may review and correct the apportionment\n\nand assessment, and raise or lower the same as to any lots or tracts\n\nof land, as it shall deem just.
