The municipal clerk shall, not less than thirty (30) days\n\nand not more than forty (40) days before the maturity of any\n\ninstallment of an assessment, publish in two (2) successive issues\n\nof a daily newspaper, or in one (1) issue of a weekly newspaper,\n\nwhich is of general circulation in the municipality, a notice which:\n\n1. Advises the owners of the land affected by the assessment of the\n\ndate when the installment and interest will be due;\n\n2. Designates the street, streets, or other public places for\n\nthe improvement of which the assessments have been levied; and\n\n3. States that unless the installment and interest shall be\n\npromptly paid, the installment and interest shall bear interest at\n\nthe rate of twelve percent (12%) per annum thereafter until paid,\n\nand that proceedings will be taken according to law to collect the\n\ninstallment and interest.\n\nB.
