Stat. tit. 11, § 11-36-224","heading":"Accepting improvements","body":"Upon the completion of the improvement, the municipal governing\n\nbody shall determine whether or not the work has been completed in\n\naccordance with the plans, profiles, specifications and contract\n\ntherefor. If the governing body finds the work to be in compliance,\n\nit shall accept the same.
