Stat. tit. 11, § 11-36-226","heading":"Renewing improvements","body":"If the municipal governing body shall deem it necessary to pave,\n\nconstruct, macadamize, chat or gravel, curb, gutter, drain, or\n\notherwise improve any street, avenue, alley, lane or any part\n\nthereof, which shall have been heretofore paved, constructed,\n\nmacadamized, curbed, guttered, drained, or otherwise improved, the\n\nimprovement is authorized to be done in accordance with the\n\nprocedures on street improvements.
