Stat. tit. 11, § 11-36-413","heading":"Dedication of public property for street purposes","body":"Any board of county commissioners, board of education or school\n\ndistrict shall have full power and authority at all times to offer\n\nto the public for public use and for street purposes any lands owned\n\nor held by it in any municipality, whether such lands be held in a\n\ngovernmental or private or proprietary capacity.
