Stat. tit. 11, § 11-36-509","heading":"Zoning, land use, planning and permitting authority -","body":"Exclusions.\n\nSubject to the provisions of this act and applicable federal\n\nlaw, an authority may continue to exercise zoning, land use,\n\nplanning and permitting authority within its territorial boundaries\n\nwith respect to wireless support structures and utility poles. No\n\nauthority shall have or exercise any jurisdiction or authority over\n\nthe design, engineering, construction, installation or operation of\n\nany small wireless facility located in an interior structure or upon\n\nthe site of any campus, stadium or athletic facility not owned or\n\ncontrolled by the authority, other than to comply with applicable\n\ncodes. An authority shall evaluate the structure classification for\n\nwireless support structures under the latest version of ANSI/TIA-\n\n222.
