Stat. tit. 11, § 11-37-107","heading":"Bonds for waterworks - Form","body":"Upon the approval of a majority of the registered voters of the\n\nmunicipality voting on the question, the bonds shall be issued by\n\nthe governing body in the manner provided by the Constitution and\n\nlaws of Oklahoma. Bonds issued under this section shall be payable\n\nnot more than twenty-five (25) years from the date of their issue,\n\nwith interest thereon at a rate not exceeding a maximum rate\n\nestablished by law. The bonds shall be signed by the mayor and\n\ncountersigned by the municipal clerk.
