Stat. tit. 11, § 11-37-111","heading":"Publication of rules and ordinances affecting water","body":"district - Service.\n\nAll rules promulgated by the Board of Environmental Quality and\n\nadopted by, and all ordinances of, the governing body for the\n\nprotection of the water supply and establishment of the water\n\ndistrict shall be published in the same manner as ordinances. A\n\ncopy of the ordinances and adopted rules shall be served, as\n\nprovided by law in civil actions, on each person, firm, association\n\nor corporation owning property in the water district, and upon the\n\nhead of each family residing in the water district.
