Stat. tit. 11, § 11-37-116","heading":"Action for damages for pollution of municipal water","body":"supply.\n\nA municipality shall have a right of action for damages\n\nresulting from pollution of its water supply, as provided in Section\n\n37-115 of this title, and the measure of damages shall be the amount\n\nwhich will compensate for the detriment caused thereby, whether it\n\ncould have been anticipated or not.
