Stat. tit. 11, § 11-37-125","heading":"Joint financing of waterworks","body":"Waterworks which are jointly constructed, maintained, controlled\n\nor operated by two or more municipalities may be financed by the\n\nissue and sale of bonds and collection of water charges, as provided\n\nin Sections 37-106 through 37-109 of this title.
