Stat. tit. 11, § 11-37-204","heading":"Location of public water distribution system - Main","body":"lines of conveyance.\n\nThe public water distribution system shall consist only of the\n\nmain lines of conveyance from the sources of supply, and the main\n\nlines for general distribution, including such other property as may\n\nbe necessary in connection therewith for the proper maintenance and\n\nuse of the water distribution system throughout the municipality.\n\nThe public distribution lines shall be established along the\n\nprincipal courses of distribution, or of supply, at such points, to\n\nsuch extent, of such dimensions and under such regulations as may be\n\nprovided by the governing body; and these principal lines of\n\ndistribution may be extensions or branches of lines already\n\nconstructed or entirely new throughout as may be deemed expedient\n\nand necessary by the municipal governing body.","path":["OK Code","Title 11"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os11.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"0190a3b665a76f063f5b152c3ef46ea3702206392522d074e6fcb9b487c70fd6","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-11-11-37-203","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-11-11-37-205"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
