Stat. tit. 11, § 11-37-208","heading":"Construction of lines through private property -","body":"Condemnation.\n\nNo sewer or water line shall run diagonally through private\n\nproperty when it is practicable, without injury to the sewer or\n\nwater line, to construct it parallel with one of the exterior lines\n\nof such property; nor shall any public sewer or public water line be\n\nconstructed through private property when it is practicable to\n\nconstruct it along or through a street, alley or other public\n\nhighway.
