Stat. tit. 11, § 11-37-210","heading":"Special attorneys, auditors or consulting engineers","body":"\n\nThe municipal body may contract for the services of special\n\nattorneys, auditors or consulting engineers to make the necessary\n\nsurveys, and prepare plans, plats, profiles, estimates and all other\n\ndetails for the work of improvements and to supervise the work. Any\n\nsuch consulting engineer shall be a person, firm or corporation,\n\nresident in the State of Oklahoma, and duly registered as an\n\nengineer in the State of Oklahoma. A consulting engineer may be\n\nemployed also to furnish the necessary advertising, printing,\n\ntranscripts, legal fees, preparation of assessment rolls, and such\n\nother expense as may be necessary.
