Stat. tit. 11, § 11-37-215","heading":"Right of property owner to institute action in district","body":"court.\n\nAny property owner shall have the right to institute an action\n\nin the district court in the county in which the situs of the\n\nmunicipal government is located at any time not later than fifteen\n\n(15) days after the action of the municipal governing body in\n\nadopting and approving the plans, profiles, specifications,\n\nestimates and assessment plat, to contest such action.
