The notice of the municipality's advertisement for proposals\n\nshall set forth:\n\n1. The boundaries of the area to be improved, referring to the\n\nassessment plat on file;\n\n2. The kind of improvements proposed;\n\n3. What bonds will be required to be executed by the\n\ncontractor, as specified in the resolution ordering the improvement;\n\n4. A reference to the plans and specifications;\n\n5. The time and the place for filing sealed proposals; and\n\n6. The time and place that the governing body will consider the\n\nproposals.\n\nThe notice shall be published in ten (10) consecutive issues of a\n\ndaily newspaper, or two (2) consecutive issues of a weekly\n\nnewspaper, which is of general circulation in the municipality.\n\nB.
