Stat. tit. 11, § 11-37-223","heading":"Treatment of property owned by municipality, counties","body":"or schools.\n\nAny property which is owned by the municipality, or county, or\n\nany board of education or school district, shall be treated and\n\nconsidered the same as the property of other owners. The\n\nmunicipality, county, school district or board of education within\n\nthe district to be assessed shall annually provide, by the levy of\n\ntaxes in a sufficient sum, for payment of the maturing installments\n\nof assessments and interest and penalty thereon.
