Stat. tit. 11, § 11-37-230","heading":"Registration of bonds","body":"The Improvement Bonds shall be registered by the clerk of the\n\nmunicipality in a book to be provided for that purpose, and each\n\nbond shall bear a certificate of such registration. Upon the books\n\nof the treasurer shall be noted the name of the holder of each bond\n\nand his address. Any subsequent holder may cause the same to be\n\nregistered in the name of the holder upon submission of proper proof\n\nof ownership.
