Stat. tit. 11, § 11-37-501","heading":"Municipal Road Drilling Activity Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Department of Transportation to be designated the\n\n\"Municipal Road Drilling Activity Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of all monies received by the Oklahoma Department of\n\nTransportation from the apportionment of sales tax prescribed by\n\nsubsection E of Section 1353 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Transportation for the purposes prescribed by and\n\naccording to the requirements of Section 3 of this act.\n\nExpenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by\n\nthe State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with\n\nthe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 11"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os11.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"238c749a8a5dc87537e5ac499683dad161720550a1f0d75a0510c96b66734a62","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-11-11-37-234","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-11-11-37-502"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
