Stat. tit. 11, § 11-38-110","heading":"Powers of redevelopment corporations or other private","body":"persons or corporations.\n\nFor the purpose of aiding in the planning, undertaking or\n\ncarrying out of an urban renewal project, an urban redevelopment\n\ncorporation or any other private person or corporation may, upon\n\nsuch terms and with or without consideration, as may be determined:\n\n1. Dedicate, sell, convey, or lease any of its interest in any\n\nproperty or grant easements, licenses or other rights or privileges\n\ntherein to an Urban Renewal Authority, or to a municipality or any\n\nother public body or governmental agency or to any private person or\n\ncorporation;\n\n2. Incur the entire expense, or any portion thereof, of any\n\npublic improvements necessary to the execution of an urban renewal\n\nplan;\n\n3. Do any and all things necessary to aid or cooperate in the\n\nplanning or carrying out of an urban renewal plan;\n\n4. Lend, grant or contribute funds to an Urban Renewal\n\nAuthority; or\n\n5.
