Stat. tit. 11, § 11-39-104","heading":"Number of streets or areas included - Property assessed","body":"for improvement.\n\nAny district may include one or more streets or areas which need\n\nnot be contiguous and may include two (2) or more types of\n\nimprovements. Such improvements may be included in one (1)\n\nproceeding and constructed and financed as one improvement. The\n\ndistrict shall include, for the purpose of assessment, all the\n\nproperty which the governing body determines is benefited by the\n\nimprovement or improvements, including property utilized for public,\n\ngovernmental, burial, or charitable purposes, except property of any\n\nreligious organization used primarily for religious purposes, or of\n\nthe United States, or any agency, instrumentality or corporation\n\nthereof, in the absence of consent of Congress.
