Stat. tit. 11, § 11-39-118","heading":"Duties of trustees in foreclosure actions","body":"\n\nIn any action seeking the foreclosure of a lien against any\n\ntract or parcel of land assessed by a city for the construction of\n\nany improvement after bonds have been issued, the trustee of the\n\nfund from which the bonds are to be paid may:\n\n1. Purchase the tract or parcel of land sold at the foreclosure\n\nsale; or\n\n2.
