Stat. tit. 11, § 11-41-106","heading":"Approval by municipal governing body before plat is","body":"recorded.\n\nBefore any plan, plat or replat of land within the corporate\n\nlimits of a municipality shall be entitled to record in the office\n\nof the county clerk, it must be approved by the municipal governing\n\nbody. No plan, plat or replat may be received or recorded in any\n\npublic office unless the same shall bear thereon, by endorsement or\n\notherwise, the approval of the municipal governing body.
