Stat. tit. 11, § 11-41-107","heading":"Fees of surveyor and register - Where recorded","body":"The surveyor who shall lay out, survey and plat any\n\nmunicipality, addition or subdivision shall be entitled to receive\n\nproper compensation for his services. The county clerk of the\n\ncounty in which the property is situated shall receive fees as set\n\nforth in Section 32 of Title 28 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
