Stat. tit. 11, § 11-41-109","heading":"Donations and grants shown on plat deemed conveyances -","body":"Title to streets, alleys, etc.\n\nWhen the plat or map has been completed and certified,\n\nacknowledged, approved and recorded as required by Sections 41-104\n\nthrough 41-108 of this title, every donation or grant to the\n\npublic, or to any individual, any religious society, or to any\n\ncorporation or body politic, marked or noted as such on the plat or\n\nmap, shall be deemed in law and equity a sufficient conveyance to\n\nvest the fee simple of the tract or parcel of land as expressed in\n\nthe plat or map. Such conveyance shall be considered for all\n\nintents and purposes a general warranty against the donor, his heirs\n\nor representatives, to the donee or grantee, for his use for the\n\nuses and purposes named in the plat or map, expressed and intended,\n\nand no other use and purpose whatever.
