Stat. tit. 11, § 11-41-112","heading":"Correction of errors in plats and conveyances -","body":"Petition to district court.\n\nThe district court in the county in which the property is\n\nsituated shall have the jurisdiction to correct municipal plats and\n\nplats of additions and subdivisions. The owner of any lot within\n\nthe portion of the plat sought to be corrected may file his petition\n\nin the district court to correct the plat, or any portion thereof,\n\nwhen the same has been erroneously made by duplicating lot numbers\n\nin any block or incorrectly describing the distances on the plat or\n\nwhen the same is, in any manner, incorrect in description or\n\notherwise.
