If the object of the petition is to correct one (1) block of\n\nthe plat, or any portion thereof, the petition shall name as parties\n\ndefendant the record owners, as of the time of commencing the suit,\n\nof all the lots within the block sought to be corrected. The\n\nmunicipality within which the plat is located shall be made a party\n\nto the suit if the streets and alleys of the municipality will be\n\naffected by the correction.\n\nB. If the object of the petition is to correct a greater\n\nportion than one (1) block of the plat, then the petition shall name\n\nas parties defendant:\n\n1. The record owners, as of the time of commencing the suit, of\n\nthe lots within the area sought to be corrected; and\n\n2.
