Stat. tit. 11, § 11-41-114","heading":"Action to correct plat errors - Service of summons and","body":"notice.\n\nService of summons in the action shall be had upon the\n\ndefendants in the manner provided by law in civil actions. Where\n\nthe record owners are numerous, however, the action may be\n\nmaintained in the name of one or more lot owners for the benefit of\n\nall the owners of property within the area of that portion of the\n\nplat affected by the proposed correction. In addition to service of\n\nprocess to those record owners in whose name the action is\n\nmaintained, the petitioner shall also give notice by mail to the\n\nfollowing, without naming them as parties defendant:\n\n1. All owners of record, as shown by the current year's tax\n\nrolls in the office of the county treasurer, of lots within the\n\nblock or area sought to be corrected; and\n\n2.
