The municipal governing body may divide the municipality\n\ninto districts of such number, shape and area as it deems suitable\n\nin carrying out its powers as to buildings, land and structures.\n\nWithin the districts it may regulate and restrict the erection,\n\nconstruction, reconstruction, alteration, repair or use of\n\nbuildings, structures or land. All such regulations shall be\n\nuniform for each class or kind of buildings throughout each\n\ndistrict, but the regulations in one district may differ from those\n\nin other districts.\n\nB. The municipal governing body may enact nondiscriminatory\n\nzoning ordinances regulating the location for the sale for\n\nconsumption on the premises of low-point beer, as defined in Section\n\n163.2 of Title 37 of the Oklahoma Statutes, commonly called 3.2\n\nbeer; provided, however, that no special or separate classification\n\nshall be created only for businesses selling said product.\n\nC.
