Stat. tit. 11, § 11-43-108","heading":"Governing act in case of conflict","body":"\n\nWhenever the provisions of a statute, local ordinance or\n\nregulation require a greater width or size of yards, courts or other\n\nopen spaces, or require a lower height of building or less number of\n\nstories, or require a greater percentage of lot to be left\n\nunoccupied, or impose higher standards than any other applicable\n\nstatute, local ordinance or regulation, then the provisions of the\n\nstatute, local ordinance or regulation which impose higher standards\n\nor greater restrictions shall govern. In no event shall any\n\nprovision of this article apply to any property of any railway\n\ncompany or terminal company.
