Stat. tit. 11, § 11-43-112","heading":"Site plans - Submission, review and approval - Changes","body":"- Validity of prior approved developments.\n\nA. As used in the section, \"site plan\" means the documents and\n\nplans specified in the zoning ordinance needed to ensure that a\n\nproposed land use or activity is in compliance with the ordinances\n\nand applicable state and federal regulations, if any.\n\nB. The procedures and requirements for the submission and\n\napproval of site plans shall be specified in the zoning ordinance.\n\nSite plan submission, review and approval shall be required for\n\nplanned unit developments. Decisions denying, approving, or\n\nconditionally approving a site plan shall be based upon the approved\n\nplanned unit development conditions and standards, and requirements\n\ncontained in the zoning ordinance.\n\nC. Changes to the approval site plan may be authorized by the\n\nzoning ordinance with notice as specified thereby.\n\nD.
