As used in this section, “site plan” means the documents and\n\nplans specified in the zoning ordinance which are needed to ensure\n\nthat a proposed land use or activity is in compliance with the\n\nordinances and applicable state and federal regulations, if any.\n\nB. The procedures and requirements for the submission and\n\napproval of site plans shall be specified in the zoning ordinance.\n\nSite plan submission review and approval shall be required for\n\nspecific use permits. Decisions denying, approving, or\n\nconditionally approving a site plan shall be based upon the approved\n\nspecific use permit conditions and standards, and requirements\n\ncontained in the zoning ordinance.\n\nC. Changes to the approved site plan may be authorized by the\n\nzoning ordinance with notice as specified thereby.\n\nD. The ordinance providing for specific use permits may provide\n\nthat the permit shall become void if the use ceases for a specified\n\nperiod of time or if the use does not commence within a specified\n\ntime after the granting of the specific use permit.\n\nE.
