Stat. tit. 11, § 11-44-101","heading":"Board of adjustment - Appointment","body":"Where a municipality is exercising zoning powers, as conferred\n\nby Sections 43-101 through 43-109 of this title, the governing body\n\nof the municipality shall provide by ordinance for the appointment\n\nof a Board of Adjustment. The board of adjustment shall consist of\n\nfive (5) members, each to be appointed for a term of three (3) years\n\nand removable for cause by the governing body, upon written charges\n\nand after public hearing.
