Stat. tit. 11, § 11-44-102","heading":"Meetings and rules","body":"The board of adjustment shall adopt rules in accordance with the\n\nprovisions of the ordinance adopted by the municipal governing body.\n\nMeetings of the board of adjustment shall be held at the call of the\n\nchairman and at such other times as the board of adjustment may\n\ndetermine. The chairman, or in his absence the acting chairman, may\n\nadminister oaths and compel the attendance of witnesses. The board\n\nof adjustment shall be subject to the open meeting laws of the state\n\nand all meetings, deliberations and voting of the board shall be\n\nopen to the public.
