The\n\nmembers of the regional planning commission shall consist of the\n\nmembers of the municipal planning commission. The mayor, municipal\n\nengineer, chairman of the board of county commissioners, and county\n\nengineer shall be ex officio voting members of the commission but\n\nshall not be counted for purposes of a quorum.
