Stat. tit. 11, § 11-47-105","heading":"Staff and finances","body":"The commission may recommend such employees as it may deem\n\nnecessary for its work, whose appointment, promotion, demotion, and\n\nremoval shall be subject to the same provisions of law as govern\n\nother corresponding civil employees of the municipality. The\n\ncommission may also recommend to the council the employment of city\n\nplanners, engineers, architects, and consultants for such other\n\nservices as it may require.
