Stat. tit. 11, § 11-47-118","heading":"Erection of buildings","body":"After the city planning commission has adopted a major street\n\nplan of the territory within its subdivision jurisdiction or part\n\nthereof, no building shall be erected on any lot within the\n\nterritory or part, nor shall a building permit be issued therefor\n\nunless the street giving access to the lot upon which the building\n\nis proposed to be placed:\n\n1. Shall have been accepted or opened as or shall otherwise\n\nhave received the legal status of a public street prior to that\n\ntime; or\n\n2.
