All employee and employer contributions and dedicated\n\nrevenues shall be deposited in the Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and\n\nRetirement Fund in the State Treasury. The State Board shall have\n\nthe responsibility for the management of the Oklahoma Firefighters\n\nPension and Retirement Fund, and may transfer monies used for\n\ninvestment purposes by the Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and\n\nRetirement System from the Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and\n\nRetirement Fund in the State Treasury to the custodian bank or trust\n\ncompany of the System.\n\nB. All benefits payable pursuant to the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System, refunds of\n\ncontribution and overpayments, and all administrative expenses in\n\nconnection with the System shall be paid from the Oklahoma\n\nFirefighters Pension and Retirement Fund upon warrants or vouchers\n\nsigned by two persons designated by the State Board.
