Stat. tit. 11, § 11-49-118","heading":"Additional powers of State Board","body":"The State Board shall, in addition to other powers herein\n\ngranted, have power, to wit:\n\n1. To compel witnesses to attend and testify before it upon all\n\nmatters connected with the operations of this article, and in the\n\nsame manner as is or may be provided by law for the taking of\n\ntestimony before notaries public; and its president or any member of\n\nsaid board may administer oaths to such witnesses;\n\n2. To provide for the payment from the Fund of all its\n\nnecessary expenses and printing;\n\n3. To make all rules and regulations needful for its guidance\n\nin conformity with the provisions of this article; and\n\n4.
