All costs and expenses for the selection and compensation of\n\ninvestment counselors, institutional custodian service and\n\ncommissions or other costs resulting from the purchase, sale or\n\nother transfer of assets shall be paid from the fund.\n\nB. Three percent (3%) of the funds disbursed to the State Board\n\nunder the provisions of Section 312.1 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes shall be retained by the State Board for the purpose of\n\npaying all costs and expenses, other than those provided for in\n\nsubsection A of this section, incurred in the operation,\n\nadministration and management of the System. At the close of each\n\nfiscal year, any surplus shall be transferred to the Oklahoma\n\nFirefighters Pension and Retirement Fund.\n\nC. The State Board is authorized to purchase such equipment and\n\nsupplies as it deems necessary for the efficient operation,\n\nadministration and management of the System.
