Stat. tit. 11, § 11-50-102.1","heading":"Police Pension and Retirement System - Creation -","body":"Status - Powers and duties.\n\nThere is created the Oklahoma Police Pension and Retirement\n\nSystem which shall be a body corporate and an instrumentality of\n\nthis state. The System shall be vested with the powers and duties\n\nspecified in this act and such other powers as may be necessary to\n\nenable it and its officers and employees to carry out fully and\n\neffectively the purposes and intent of this article.
