Stat. tit. 11, § 11-50-133","heading":"Costs and expenses of operation, administration and","body":"management of system fund - Equipment and supplies.\n\nAll costs and expenses incurred in the operation, administration\n\nand management of the System shall be paid by the State Board from\n\nthe monies of the fund, including but not limited to commissions or\n\nother costs resulting from the purchase, sale or other transfer of\n\nassets.\n\nThe State Board is authorized to purchase such equipment and\n\nsupplies as it deems necessary for the efficient operation,\n\nadministration and management of the System. Payment for such\n\nequipment and supplies shall be made from the operating account of\n\nthe System.
