Except as provided in subsection B of this section, any\n\nperson receiving benefits from the Oklahoma Police Pension and\n\nRetirement System as of June 30, 1993, shall receive a two and one-\n\nhalf percent (2 1/2%) increase in said benefits on July 1, 1994.\n\nB.
